Services
Phase One: Sandblast
On a scheduled date, La Mesa Stucco Inc. will mask and cover all doors and windows, trench dirt, lay tarps, and then sandblast. The sandblast phase removes all loose paint and stucco, and allows for a good adhesive surface for the re-stucco.
Phase Two: Trim Paint and Pop-Outs
On a scheduled date, if trim painting and / or pop-outs are in the bid, this is the second phase. Trim painting consists of hydro-blasting all eves and fascia, preparation, priming, and painting. Our crew will then apply pop-outs 
around windows and doors that the owner has chosen.
Phase Three: Re-Stucco
On a scheduled date, the stucco crew will cover all doors and windows, scrape any loose areas sandblasting did not remove, bond and patch cracks with aluminite, bond entire walls, then re-stucco the house.
